学院概况

国际教育学院作为我校国际化办学的重要平台,始终致力于引进国际优质教育资源,培养具有全球视野的高素质人才。学院积极开展对外合作与文化交流,构建多元化学科体系。

学院始终秉持“培养具备国际视野、创新能力与实践能力的高素质人才”的国际化办学理念,积极搭建跨国教育合作桥梁,通过高频次、高质量的高层互访、务实研讨及文化交流活动,与多个国家高校建立起长期稳定的合作关系,推动国际交流合作从“广度拓展”向“深度融合”迈进,构建起多层次、宽领域的开放办学新格局。

目前,我校已成功获批三个中外合作办学项目:一是与澳大利亚新南威尔士州技术与继续教育学院合作举办的大数据与会计专业高等教育项目,于2023年5月12日获教育部批准;二是与泰国北清迈大学合作举办的新能源汽车检测与维修技术专业高等专科教育项目,2023年5月12日获批;三是与马来西亚英迪国际大学合作举办的软件技术专业高等专科教育项目,于2024年4月22日正式获批。三个专业均于2025年9月顺利实现首届招生,为学校国际化人才培养注入新活力。同时,学院已在2025年初建立完善来华留学生管理制度,为国际化办学提供坚实制度保障。

学院已与韩国江南大学、大田大学,泰国暹罗大学,澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学、白俄罗斯布列斯特国立大学、巴基斯坦当代研究所教育集团等14所海外院校建立稳定合作关系,为学生海外深造、教师学术进修及中外多元文化交流融合搭建了坚实平台。此前,党委副书记、校长梁国敬曾带队赴澳大利亚、泰国、马来西亚、韩国、柬埔寨等国家,对多所高校开展实地考察与交流,先后走访了澳大利亚新南威尔士州技术与继续教育学院、泰国北清迈大学、暹罗大学,马来西亚英迪国际大学,韩国大田大学、江南大学等院校,进一步深化了校际合作共识。

同时,学院已获批设立托福(TOEFL)和GRE考点,为师生提供便捷考试服务,进一步提升了国际教育服务能力。未来,学院将继续携手合作高校,不断优化合作机制,提升办学质量,为学生搭建更加广阔、优质的国际化成长平台,共同书写职业教育国际化发展的崭新篇章。


As an important platform for the internationalization of our university, the International Education College is committed to introducing high-quality international educational resources and cultivating high-caliber talents with a global perspective. The college actively engages in international cooperation and cultural exchanges, fostering a diversified academic system.

The college has always adhered to the international school-running philosophy of "cultivating high-quality talents with international perspectives, innovative capabilities and practical skills". It has actively built bridges for transnational educational cooperation, established long-term and stable cooperative relations with universities in multiple countries through high-frequency, high-quality high-level mutual visits, pragmatic seminars and cultural exchange activities, and promoted the advancement of international exchanges and cooperation from "expanding breadth" to "deepening integration", thus constructing a new pattern of open education featuring multiple levels and broad fields.

At present, the university has successfully obtained approval for three Sino-foreign cooperative education programs: 1) the higher education program in Big Data and Accounting in cooperation with TAFE NSW ( New South WalesTechnical and Further Education , Australia), approved by the Ministry of Education on May 12, 2023; 2) the higher vocational education program in New Energy Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Technology in cooperation with Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (Thailand), approved on May 12, 2023; 3) the higher vocational education program in Software Technology in cooperation with INTI International University (Malaysia), officially approved on April 22, 2024. All three programs successfully enrolled their first batch of students in September 2025, injecting new vitality into the university's international talent training. Meanwhile, the college has established and improved the management system for international students in early 2025, providing a solid institutional guarantee for international school-running.

Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Technology and Information has established extensive and in-depth cooperative relations with 14 overseas universities and colleges, including Kangnam University (South Korea), Daejeon University (South Korea), Siam University (Thailand), University of Newcastle (Australia), Brest State University (Belarus), and the Education Group of the Contemporary Institute (Pakistan). This has built an efficient and coordinated platform for students' overseas further studies, teachers' academic training, and the exchange and integration of diverse cultures between China and other countries.

Previously, Liang Guojing, Deputy Party Secretary and President of the college, led a delegation to Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Cambodia, and other countries to conduct field investigations and exchanges with multiple universities. The delegation visited institutions such as the New South Wales Technical and Further Education College (Australia), North Chiang Mai University (Thailand), Siam University (Thailand), INTI International University (Malaysia), Daejeon University (South Korea), and Kangnam University (South Korea), further deepening inter-university cooperation consensus.

Meanwhile, the International Education College of Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Technology and Information  has been approved to establish TOEFL and GRE test centers, providing convenient examination services for teachers and students and further enhancing its international education service capabilities. In the future, the college will continue to cooperate with partner universities, constantly optimize the cooperation mechanism, improve the quality of education, build a broader and higher-quality international growth platform for students, and jointly write a new chapter in the international development of vocational education.
